Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • Only unused, unopened, and resaleable products are eligible.
  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices included.
  • Returns are accepted only for frames and standard products.
  • Custom orders, prescription lenses, and personalized items are non-returnable.

2. Conditions for Return

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The delivered product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Product is not as per the invoice or purchase order.
  • All discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our B2B Support Team at [insert email or phone number] within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide:
    • Business name & order ID
    • Product details (SKU, quantity)
    • Reason for return
    • Supporting photos or documents
  3. If approved, you will be provided with return instructions.

Note: Returns must be shipped back via a reliable courier with tracking. All shipping charges are to be borne by the buyer unless the return is due to a Wolfeyes error.

4. Restocking Fee

  • A 10% restocking fee applies on all accepted returns unless the return is due to damaged or incorrect items.
  • This fee covers quality inspection, packaging, and administrative processing.

5. Refunds and Replacements

  • Approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the item.
  • Refunds are issued in the form of:
    • Credit Note for future purchases
    • Or Replacement Product, based on availability and agreement

Note: No cash or direct bank refunds will be issued for B2B transactions unless explicitly agreed.

6. Important Notes

  • Returns received in damaged or used condition will not be accepted.
  • Disputes raised after the 3-day window may not be entertained.
  • Wolfeyes reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
  • By placing a B2B order, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy in full.
